Hi, my name is Shy I am 28 year old black woman who is full of ambition and very goal driven. I have been a licensed cosmetologist for about four years here in the state of Oklahoma. The Shy Experience takes pride in caring and maintaining the health of your hair. We want to help you reach your hair goals and assist with making your hair care process more efficient . We offer the very best products and service while you enjoy the luxurious ambiance and pampering you deserve. All FIRST-TIME clients MUST BOOK A CONSULTATION before booking a style. Your hair must be a minimum of 4 INCHES ALL AROUND. HAIR IS INCLUDED WITH ALL STYLES (please select any available add on). Please do not schedule your appointment before another appointment or event that you have to attend, we will not rush through your appointment. Times may vary due to head size and thickness. KIDS: Our ultimate goal is for kids to enjoy their hair experience, we are light handed and take our time. Children ages 3-8yo are accepted, children any younger YOU MUST speak with me before booking. Ages 9 -11 you must click the "add on". Ages 12 and up are booked under adult styles. Children can bring their tablets and DRY SNACKS & WATER ONLY. Parents you do not have to stay for the appointment, we will reach out 15-30 minutes prior to being finish . If your child is not picked up after 15 minutes of being done, you will be charged a $25 babysitting fee. Illness Policy: Please communicate with us to reschedule your appointment if you feel you have the slightest temperature, cough, runny nose, etc. if you have COVID we would like for you to have a negative test before your appointment. You will not be penalized if you are upfront with me. We will gladly reschedule your appointment. Tardy Policy: We do not have a tardy policy or fee; however, we do ask that you are respectful of our time send a courtesy text to let us know of your ETA. Please know that if it tardiness is a continued offense, your stylist has the right to remove you as a client. Cancellation Policy: We require a 48 hour notice for cancellations. Less than 48 hour notice will result in a 50% fee. No call no shows will result in 100% fee and you will be required to pay full price at your next booking. Your appointment is considered NCNS 15-20 after the start of your appointment. These funds are non-refundable. You will be allowed up to 3 cancellations then you will no longer be allowed to book with us. If you pay full price at booking, you will be allowed one reschedule. No refunds will be issued. Squeeze in Policy: We will be STRICTLY enforcing a $50 squeeze in fee. “Squeeze ins” will include appointments requested within 24 hours of service, appointments requested outside of business hours, appointments added on days already completely booked, or any other time slot that would require me to work overtime. Refunds: All services and products are non-refundable. we will work with you if you have an issue with your service that was caused by the stylist. Each case will be handled on a case-by-case situation. Please communicate any issues you may have with your services or products with us. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit will be required for all appointments. Deposits may vary depending on your style. Shy Experience is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost, stolen or damaged items.

Cancellation Policy

I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellation within 30 hours of the scheduled appointment. I ask that that inform me ahead of time or reschedule online .
